The location is decent, but a bit far from public transport and tourist attractions, which requires the need for taxis. Additionally, there’s a limited number of on-site activities, although there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. Communication regarding payments could improve, as I experienced issues with multiple charges on my card, which took time to resolve with the bank. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel for its comfort and service but suggest clarifying banking processes for future guests.

I loved that the hotel was incredibly central, making it easy to stroll over to nearby spots like the State Museum of History of Uzbekistan and the Holy Assumption Cathedral, both just around a 20-minute walk away, and I enjoyed relaxing at Aqualand, which was only a quick 15-minute stroll from the hotel.
